This is a variation of a buddies recipe.
2 lbs of hamburger.
Good ranch dressing.
Crushed or chopped garlic.
Sharp cheddar cheese.
Pack o bacon.
Throw the meat in the bowl and add in ranch and garlic. Mix thoroughly with hands. Make patties about 6 - 8 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
Cut bacon up and cook til done but not crispy. Shred a bunch of cheese.
On patty place cheese and bacon. Cover with second patty and run the outside together with your fingers making one giant patty. Cook then eat and have a heart attack.
For special added treat saute onions and mushrooms to throw on top. Have fun kids.

I have a great recipe. I used chicken!
Yes I did.
Check it out:
1 lb ground chicken
1 TBSP oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
7oz crumbled feta
mix that stuff together and form into patties and grill them.
Put them on a bun with roasted red peppers, lettuce and black olives.
It's totally awesome and healthy. It's only 5 weight watcher points per burger which probably means nothing to you.
I have a burger I make. It is mince, chopped olives, thinly chopped bacon, thinly chopped mushroomsm and whatever seasoning preferred. Mic it all together. Form a nice fat patty, and then carve a big hole in the middle. I always fill it with Brie, but it is a preference thing, so make your own decisions, and then seal it up with the carved out mix. Fry that bad boy up and make sure it is sealed well enough that the cheese doesnt escape when cooking it. You choose what you want with it, tomato or lettuce etc, and then crack open a beer and get involved.
