The Queen of the Geeks Chicken Club Slad

This is an excellent sald that we have started eating on a regular basis to start eating healthier.

1lb chicken

green salad mix

6 slices turkey bacon. Yeah I know get over it.

A good ranch dressing

Garlic

Half a stick of butter

Balsamic Vinegar

Cheddar and provolone cheese

cube up your chicken and melt your butter in with the garlic in a pan throw in the chcicken and a splash of vinegar.

In a seperate pan cut up your bacon into small pieces and fry it up. With turkey bacon there is a lot less grease to drain.

Throw your tossed salad in a bowl. I recommend throwing the chicken in a bowl and throw it in the freezer for 5 minutes just to cool it off same with the bacon.

Shred your cheese up and throw it in the bowl. Add chicken and bacon and dressing and mix well. Then scarf it down and eat well my friends.

You realize of course your body is designed to crave and process meat.

By going Vegan you damaging the way your body is supposed to work.

Eating animals is yucky.

I still like your recipes though because my husband and daughter are still carnivores.
